Take Me Out to the Ballparks is a planning tool that helps users create itineraries for visiting MLB ballparks. The Service provides game scheduling information, route planning, ticket price estimates, and personal note-taking and photo storage capabilities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including notes and photos. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as part of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of game schedules, ticket prices, travel times, or distances. Always verify important details with official sources before making travel or purchase decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, travel disruptions, or ticket purchase decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
